
Disable the pop-up blocker instructions

Instructions for Windows browsers
​
Chrome
-
Click the settings menu icon at the top right of the browser.

Select Settings.
-
Click Advanced at the bottom of the screen.
-
In the "Privacy and Security" section, select Site Settings.
-
Click on Pop-ups and redirects.
-
Switch the toggle to Allowed.
Firefox
-
Click Tools in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
-
Select Options in the drop-down menu.
-
Click the Content icon.
-
Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" option.
-
Click Ok at the bottom right of the window.
Internet Explorer
-
Click Tools in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
-
Select Internet Options in the drop-down menu.
-
Choose the Privacy tab.
-
Uncheck "Turn on Pop-up Blocker."

Click Apply in the lower right of the window.

Click Ok in the lower right of the window.
Instructions for Mac browsers
Chrome

Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of the browser.

Select Settings.
-
Scroll down and click the "Show advanced settings..." link at the bottom of the page.

In the "Privacy" section, click the "Content Settings" button.
-
Scroll down until you see "Pop-ups." Select, "Allow all sites to show pop-ups."

If you want to, you can click Manage exceptions to enter specific sites where pop-ups will be blocked.
Firefox

Click Firefox in the menu bar at the top of your screen, and select Preferences in the drop-down menu. Or, click Settings at the bottom of the Firefox home page.

Click the Content icon.
-
Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" option.
Safari
MacOS 11 & 10

Click Safari in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Select Preferences in the drop-down menu.
-
Click Security.
-
Uncheck "Block pop-up windows."
MacOS 12

Click Safari in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Select Preferences in the drop-down menu.
-
Click Websites at the top of the window
-
Select Pop-up Windows on the left side
-
Use the "When visiting other websites" drop-down menu to do one of the following:

Block and notify

Block

Allow
